Daytime diagnostic fee is $99 and it comes straight off the repair if you approve the work that visit. The $189 after-hours dispatch covers the roll and the first hour on site; everything past that is quoted in writing before a single wire nut comes off — same flat-rate sheet we use at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday.
